Hand carved Elk Antler, inlaid Black Pen Shell eyes with a Gold Mother of Pearl beak. The head, chest and shoulders are incised and filled with Red Pipe Stone pigment. The wings and tail are incised and burnished for color and detail.
Owl medicine is a protector of the home and village. He is the grandfather of the night. He sees the unseen and into the future.
