A clever way of sculpting two Corn Maidens with one piece of Deer Antler. One a Multi-colored Corn and the other a Red Corn. The Multi-color materials are Lapis, Malachite, Black Pen Shell, Sleeping Beauty Turquoise and Mediterranean Coral. The Red is Mediterranean Coral. The shawl has Sleeping Beauty Turquoise and Mediterranean Coral with Red Pipe Stone pigment stars. There eyes are of Black Jet pigment with mouths of Mediterranean Coral. The detail on the incising is remarkable with Burnished fringe.
