Though Fox Medicine is used for hunting small game, his medicine can also be channeled to help with Life's challenges. The Zuni believe his ability to blend into his surroundings makes him a skillful hunter and provider. He is clever, quick, observant and represents Family. He reminds one to approach Life with caution as not to disturb the harmony and adapt to difficult situations for the greater good of the group; to be intuitive of ones self.
A traditional style Fox fetish carved of Elk Antler. Inlaid with eyes of natural Kingman Turquoise and bundled with natural Mediterranean Coral and handmade Tucum Heishe*. (*The Tucum Heishe beads are handmade from the Tucum Palm by the indigenous peoples of the Amazon Rain Forest without the use of modern machinery or electricity.) His paws are finely detailed. His ears, nose and tail are burnished for contrast.
