This traditional old style Elk Antler River Otter is a fine example of a Natural Zuni fetish.
A simplistic River Otter Carving created with a found piece of Elk Antler. Covered with natural scratches and bite marks suggest this antler broke off and was exposed to smaller creatures and Natures elements. Minimal inlay have been added: Black Pen Shell and Sleeping Beauty Turquoise eyes and Mother of Pearl teeth. This Elk Antler carving is polished as it was found and bound with a Black Mother of Pearl Arrowhead and Freshwater Pearl Offering Bundle.
