Castor the Beaver is hand-carved of Phosphosiderite, a rare mineral named for its main components, phosphate and iron, it is a very soft material. This adorable critter is inlaid with Kingman Turquoise and the teeth are of Golden Mother of Pearl. This hard worker is holding a branch of Japanese Coral with a friend, hand carved of Carico Lake Turquoise to keep him company.
